Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in event/exhibition
Diploma or University graduate
With event operations experience
Good Customer Service skills and details oriented
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Leasing to lead the leasing team to plan, implement and review the leasing strategy to cope with the vision and mission of HKCMCL
Ensure leasing process, procedures, standard and guidelines are properly in placed, governed and comply with relevant ordinances and regulations and in line with HKCMCL's mission
Solicit new retail, office and smart space tenants and provide professional real estate management services with the support of Facilities Management Team to the tenants
Responsible for the whole process of leasing from negotiating rental price, reviewing agreements, handover, tenants' fit-out works, reinstatement and daily operations
Responsible for budget preparation and monitor leasing control parameters, such as income receivable, vacancy and rental trends
Maintain sound relationship with existing Tenants to ensure maximum lease renewal rate
Work closely with Facilities Management Team for the new letting and tenancy renewal cases
Prepare approval papers and provide recommendations and presentation materials/ reports for management
Explore the opportunity and suitability for potential collaboration between the tenants and our start-ups and follow up with various departments or external business partners accordingly
Project coordination on A&A, Renovation, fit-out works related to Arcade tenants, digitizing the Arcade, Smart Living and Energy Saving, etc
Requirements:
Degree in facility management/ real estate/ surveying/ business related discipline such as Business Administration, surveying, property management or facilities management, preferably with subjects included technology integration/ applications; benchmarking studies; project planning, statistics, business studies etc. with professional qualification such as CFM, MRICS, MHKIS, RPHM, MHKIE preferred
Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience from a developer, owner or service provider
Solid experience with proven track record in leasing and operation of commercial properties
Extensive business network with different operators (especially technology related companies) and property agencies preferred
Strong negotiation skills especially during adverse economic situation, abnormal cases and disputes
All-rounded experiences with value-added services from ideation to execution to support the innovative digital community is preferred
Solid experiences in collaboration with technology related start-ups/ companies would be an advantage
Excellent in communication, presentation, adaptability and interpersonal skills, highly independent and motivated
Pro-active personality with strong leadership qualities and strong problem solving skills
Strategic as well as operational
Able to work under pressure and heavy workload in a sophisticated environment and deadline-driven environment
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including writing leasing proposals and business reports, and delivering same to Board or other bodies as required
Candidate with less experience with be considered as Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Support implementation of a Government funding programme to expedite the pace of digital transformation of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) by providing funding support to SMEs in adopting digital solutions.
Conduct application assessment, eligibility and due diligence checking for programme applications, and consolidate relevant documents
Provide support to funding applications, initial assessment of the funding applications assigned, and prepare the relevant reports and summary lists required;
Handle administrative work and enquiries, prepare data analysis and statistical reports
Conduct on-site checking for applicants and funded projects
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or above
1 year working experience preferred but not mandatory
Mature, self-motivated, flexible, able to work independently and meet tough deadlines

Key Responsibilities
Develop the program plan and own the overall responsibility for successful execution of the accelerator program with network partners
Ensure the program is following best practices and executing upon the outlined content and curriculum
Deliver the best possible accelerator experience to founders, mentors, partners, investors, and other program stakeholders
Own all year-round logistics, operations, administration, scheduling, calendar management, and event planning for the program
Support relationship management with the Accelerator’s Investment and Corporate Partners and others within the Cyberport CxN network
Build relationships across Cyberport by working on cross-collaborative projects and supporting CxN partnership team, Entrepreneurship Team and other Public Mission divisions
Support the program with sourcing startups when applicable and appropriate for the program
Requirements
5+ years of experience in fast-paced environments with a focus on business operations, and/or project management
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Effective communicator and able to collaborate across departments and audiences
Ensure accountability with self and others, able to plan and prioritize to meet program and organizational goals
Can quickly adapt to different situations, styles, and stakeholders
An advocate for continuous process improvement and operational efficiency
Can anticipate the needs and requests of multiple stakeholders
Strong interest around startups, entrepreneurship, and venture capital.
