Senior Manager - Leasing (Ref#SML250109W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Leasing to lead the leasing team to plan, implement and review the leasing strategy to cope with the vision and mission of HKCMCL

  • Ensure leasing process, procedures, standard and guidelines are properly in placed, governed and comply with relevant ordinances and regulations and in line with HKCMCL's mission

  • Solicit new retail, office and smart space tenants and provide professional real estate management services with the support of Facilities Management Team to the tenants

  • Responsible for the whole process of leasing from negotiating rental price, reviewing agreements, handover, tenants' fit-out works, reinstatement and daily operations

  • Responsible for budget preparation and monitor leasing control parameters, such as income receivable, vacancy and rental trends

  • Maintain sound relationship with existing Tenants to ensure maximum lease renewal rate

  • Work closely with Facilities Management Team for the new letting and tenancy renewal cases

  • Prepare approval papers and provide recommendations and presentation materials/ reports for management

  • Explore the opportunity and suitability for potential collaboration between the tenants and our start-ups and follow up with various departments or external business partners accordingly

  • Project coordination on A&A, Renovation, fit-out works related to Arcade tenants, digitizing the Arcade, Smart Living and Energy Saving, etc

Requirements:

  • Degree in facility management/ real estate/ surveying/ business related discipline such as Business Administration, surveying, property management or facilities management, preferably with subjects included technology integration/ applications; benchmarking studies; project planning, statistics, business studies etc. with professional qualification such as CFM, MRICS, MHKIS, RPHM, MHKIE preferred

  • Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience from a developer, owner or service provider

  • Solid experience with proven track record in leasing and operation of commercial properties

  • Extensive business network with different operators (especially technology related companies) and property agencies preferred

  • Strong negotiation skills especially during adverse economic situation, abnormal cases and disputes

  • All-rounded experiences with value-added services from ideation to execution to support the innovative digital community is preferred

  • Solid experiences in collaboration with technology related start-ups/ companies would be an advantage

  • Excellent in communication, presentation, adaptability and interpersonal skills, highly independent and motivated

Data Centre Facility Management Engineer (Ref# DCFME20241002W)

Key Responsibilities

  • Report to Head of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
  • Oversee, plan and manage all aspects of data centre facility management and the associated operations to ensure reliable and secure operations of data center infrastructure for hosting AI supercomputing systems.
  • Supervise the operations and monitor the performance of data centre facilities including structural cabling, computer rack, power distribution, cooling, fire suppression systems, security systems, sprinkler systems, generator, DCIM and UPS systems.
  • Develop and maintain policy, standards and procedures for managing data centre facilities specifically for hosting AI supercomputing systems to align with industry standards, frameworks and good practices.
  • Maintain compliance of relevant safety, environmental and regulatory standards including its documentation of all procedures and systems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on data center facility operations to support regular maintenance and upgrade of equipment and its systems.
  • Manage data centre’s FMO, facility vendors and their contractual agreements, implement effective measures to improve effectiveness, compliance and quality of the service delivery, manage the relationship with the vendors.
  • Provide support to conduct risk assessment and drill exercise to ensure the reliable and secure operations on data centre facilities, evaluate their control effectiveness and mitigate identified risks.
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance and corrective actions for data centre facilities, monitor and analyse data centre facility related alerts; identify and respond to the associated facility faults and incidents.
  • Provide appropriate technical guidance, training and support for proper and effective use of the data centre facilities.
  • Prepare management information, key matrices and reports for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ year proven experience as a data centre facility professional, preferably in AI supercomputing or mission critical data centre.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in building service, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields.
  • Proven track record with solid experience in structural cabling, computer rack, power distribution, cooling systems, fire suppression systems security systems, sprinkler systems, generator, DCIM and UPS systems.
  • Experience with mission critical data centre infrastructure and facility maintenance and incident response.
  • Experience in managing and leading a team of data centre facility engineers to maintain and support 7x24 high-availability, reliable and secure operations of data centre.
  • Understanding high performance computing technologies such as GPU and NPU, and their associated facility requirements such as electricity, interconnects, network fabrics and storage capabilities. 
  • Knowledge in data centre liquid cooling technology would be an advantage. 
  • Understanding Uptime standards and TIA-942 design standards for data centre management would be an added advantage.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and the ability to analyse and address complex performance and scalability challenges.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly evolving technological landscape.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and subject domain experts.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Industry-recognized qualifications such as CDCP and CDFOM are desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report to Head of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
  • Formulate strategy and roadmap of cybersecurity management to safeguard information assets and protect against cyber and technology risks.

  • Experience of formal cybersecurity resilience assessment, associated methodology, processes and good practices.
  • Experience with security techniques and tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-malware software, SIEM solution and vulnerability scanners.
  • Good knowledge of cyber threat monitoring, analysis and prevention, and relevant techniques and tools to respond and protect against cybersecurity incidents and breaches.

  • Good interpersonal skills to be able to communicate, influence and negotiate with various stakeholders.

Project Executive - Smart Living (Ref #PESL241018W)

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide executive support in driving implementation of programme - event management & communications, and stakeholder engagement (startups, youth and universities & institutions) across multiple projects including but not limited to Youth Start-up Internship Programme (YSIP) 2024 funded by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau (HYAB) which aims to nurture youth talents in pursuit of digital tech careers or entrepreneurship.

Director of Data Centre Operation (Ref# DDCO240718W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to Head of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
  • Formulate strategy and roadmap to build, deliver and maintain best-in-class data centre environment for supporting high-performance computing systems
  • Develop, implement and maintain governance, policy, standards and procedures in connection with data centre management and operations to align with data centre industry standards, regulations, security safeguards and good practices for hosting high-performance computing systems
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to provide advice on the data centre operations, site selection and technical requirements for hosting high-performance computing systems
  • Oversee, manage and maintain data centre facilities including power distribution, cooling, UPS, backup generator power, fire and water leak prevention, HVAC, structured cabling and computing racks.
  • Oversee, manage and maintain IT assets and equipment within data centre including processors, accelerators, network, storage and software stack
  • Lead day-to-day data centre management and operations to achieve agreed computational performance, scalability, availability, security and energy efficiency 
  • Prepare and manage data centre operations budget, track expenses, identify opportunities for cost optimization and review operational costs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the data centre requirements; stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies and regulatory requirements to optimise data centre operations
  • Manage and maintain contractual agreements associated with data centre operations, evaluate effectiveness and quality of service delivery, manage the relationship with service providers

  • Proven experience in managing data centre facilities, infrastructure and IT equipment to support high-performance computing systems
