Video Editor (Ref# VE230829W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in an in-house video production team to create and produce video content for various uses including promotion video, event highlights, interviews, and live streaming.
  • Assist to develop creative ideas and concepts, also responsible for video shooting, editing, photo/image touch up, visual effects, and delivering professional videos including motion graphic videos.
  • Oversees and implements pre-production preparation for all video shoots, including determining the necessary technical supports, such as lighting, sound, backdrops, and special needs, necessary for the video productions in advance of production dates, scout locations, and writing technical and instructional content.
  • Complete post-production activities such as editing, graphics, special effects, music selection, media conversion, and duplication.
  • Follow final review and approval processes to ensure content quality and editorial and branding compliance.
  • Monitors the condition of equipment including camera, lighting, sound, and rigging equipment; reports to the center manager for repair and replacement; performs preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Assist the Technology Centre team with tasks not related to video as may be necessary.
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Technology Center Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in video production and multi-media field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in digital and multi-media, including videography and video editing, or related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience working in video production and multi-media field.
  • Proficient in video production equipment including video cameras, microphones, and lighting.
  • Extensive editing knowledge using Final Cut Pro/ Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Good knowledge of using motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects to enhance video footage and standalone videos for social media.
  • Good knowledge using graphic editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Proactively stay on top of video marketing trends and news, to inform future growth strategies and opportunities.
  • Knowledge of live streaming production workflow, platform, and equipment.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and brand requirements.

The position is on a renewable 2-year fixed-term contract, subject to performance and operational needs, the position will convert into open contract after 2 years.

Senior Manager - Leasing (Ref# SML-230829W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Leasing to lead the leasing team to plan, implement and review the leasing strategy to cope with the vision and mission of HKCMCL
  • Ensure leasing process, procedures, standard and guidelines are properly in placed, governed and comply with relevant ordinances and regulations and in line with HKCMCL's mission
  • Solicit new retail, office and smart space tenants and provide professional real estate management services with the support of Facilities Management Team to the tenants
  • Responsible for the whole process of leasing from negotiating rental price, reviewing agreements, handover, tenants' fit-out works, reinstatement and daily operations
  • Responsible for budget preparation and monitor leasing control parameters, such as income receivable, vacancy and rental trends
  • Maintain sound relationship with existing Tenants to ensure maximum lease renewal rate
  • Work closely with Facilities Management Team for the new letting and tenancy renewal cases
  • Prepare approval papers and provide recommendations and presentation materials/ reports for management
  • Explore the opportunity and suitability for potential collaboration between the tenants and our start-ups and follow up with various departments or external business partners accordingly
  • Project coordination on A&A, Renovation, fit-out works related to Arcade tenants, digitizing the Arcade, Smart Living and Energy Saving, etc   

Requirements:

  • Degree in facility management/ real estate/ surveying/ business related discipline such as Business Administration, surveying, property management or facilities management, preferably with subjects included technology integration/ applications; benchmarking studies; project planning, statistics, business studies etc. with professional qualification such as CFM, MRICS, MHKIS, RPHM, MHKIE preferred
  • Minimum 15 years' relevant working experience from a developer, owner or service provider
  • Solid experience with proven track record in leasing and operation of commercial properties
  • Extensive business network with different operators (especially technology related companies) and property agencies preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills especially during adverse economic situation, abnormal cases and disputes
  • All-rounded experiences with value-added services from ideation to execution to support the innovative digital community is preferred
  • Solid experiences in collaboration with technology related start-ups/ companies would be an advantage
  • Excellent in communication, presentation, adaptability and interpersonal skills, highly independent and motivated
  • Pro-active personality with strong leadership qualities and strong problem solving skills
  • Strategic as well as operational
  • Able to work under pressure and heavy workload in a sophisticated environment and deadline-driven environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including writing leasing proposals and business reports, and delivering same to Board or other bodies as required

Technical Support Specialist (1-year contract) (Ref# TSS-230829W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the clients through email and phone
  • Advise on in-depth integration instructions for the application platform and the best methods of integration to meet the client's requirements
  • Act as technical liaison between the company and the clients/ partners for system integration and on-going technical support
  • Be an internal product advocate, track product processes and contribute to the platform feedback and issues you get back from clients
  • Advising client regarding the best implementation practices and address specific clients' issues
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or university graduate in IT/ Computer Studies/ Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum 1-year relevant working experience
  • Fresh graduates and with less experience will also be considered
  • Relevant IT support experience is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of Java, JavaScript or similar programming languages
  • Familiarity with web-based service APIs, JSON, SQL, XML, RESTful API
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to absorb technical information and apply to business solutions
  • Familiar with e-commerce systems with excellence customer handling skills
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skill
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; good Mandarin is an advantage

The position is on a 1-year temporary contract.
